Your eyes can tell us a lot about your general health that you didn’t probably know for yourself so even if your eyes don’t feel any different its important to still have your eyes checked regularly.
Our optometrist provides a 45 minute eye examination, catered to suit your specific needs.
Children's Sight Test
Without regular eye tests, children with sight problems may have difficulty at school and lose confidence or fall behind. Up to 1 in 5 children have an undetected eye problem. However, you can minimise the chance of an eye or sight defect being carried into adulthood by getting your child’s eyes checked regularly.
Children aged under 16 qualify for a free NHS funded eye test and also qualify for an NHS optical voucher for glasses.
Teens up to the age of 18 in full time education also qualify for a free NHS funded eye test and get an optical voucher to help towards the cost of their glasses.
